equipment leasing agreements. We have acted as legal adviser to a Bank (after the
acquisition of another Bank) on the divestment of the latter's non-banking assets in line
with the abolition of the universal banking system in Nigeria. We also provide secretariat

expatriate quotas, transfer of technology approvals, CERPAC Cards, Work Permits, NAFDAC
registration of regulated products.
